following voting rights notifications pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG:

1) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, United States
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen
below the 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on
that day amounted to 1.24% (this corresponds to 761422 Voting Rights).
0.62% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 380422 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
0.62% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 381000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).

2) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc.,
Wilmington, Delaware, United States has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on that day amounted to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

3) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley International Limited, London, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

4) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley Group (Europe), London, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

5) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley UK Group, London, UK has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on that day amounted to
0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

6) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley Investments (UK), London, UK, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

7) On August 04, 2015, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, London, UK
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
